Great opportunity to run your own show! 



Absentee owners seeking a General Manager to run our midsized franchised hotel in Wisconsin Dells.  Primary responsibilities include day to day operations; oversight of Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams; marketing; budgeting; procurement; and involvement in capital projects such as hotel improvements.

 

This hotel has recently been remodeled and receives very high guest satisfaction scores.





We’re looking for someone with:

  2-3 years of hotel management experience Proven experience in hiring and developing effective teams. Development and execution of Guest Service training Professional Communication Skills Development of Marketing Plans Familiar with modern software applications such as Windows and Office Ability to pass drug and criminal background checks
