Recruiter/Account Executive

We offer state of the art training program and we have support services, technology, and on-going training in our office. A background in Sales is preferred and excellent PC skills are a must. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be self-disciplined; detail oriented, and exceptionally organized and has the ability to work independently. The individual who joins our team must be a risk taker with courage and ambition and have a solid work ethic. No recruiting experience is necessary – we welcome recent college graduates. Compensation is commission based with earnings potential exceeding $100k per year. It takes at least several months to build your skills and relationships. Your success is tied directly to the amount of time you spend talking to client companies and potential candidates on the phone.
