Sales Manager for Hotel

Ramada Hotel Eau Claire is currently accepting resumes for our Sales Manager position. You would also ensure full maximization of revenue potential through guest rooms, meeting space and banquet functions.

You must have the ability to establish new accounts; solicit and follow-up on leads; handle account details from start to finish; conduct outside calls to promote the hotel; develop and maintain a tracking system; represent the hotel at trade shows; site inspections along with exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements:
--3-5 years of hotel sales exp.
--Must have a proven track-record
--A degree and/or certification in the related field, a plus
--Excellent communication skills
--Attention to details and follow-up necessary
--Ability to 'Think outside the Box'

We have 2 jobs opening for Sales Manager in two different locations, one is in Minneapolisand another one is in the Eau Claire.
