Job Description

 

U’SAgain, a nationwide textile recycling company, is seeking a part-time Business Immigration Paralegal for its in-house immigration department at the Seattle Office. The paralegal will participate in all aspects of the department's employment-based immigration practice. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess solid writing skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Qualifications

The ideal Business Immigration Legal Assistant candidate should have two plus years of immigration experience, preferably with H, J, and L non-immigrant visas, Green Card, and adjustment of status and immigrant visa applications. Strong work ethic, and excellent writing skills are a must. The environment and benefits are excellent.

 

U’SAgain is a commercial recycling company specialized in the collection and wholesale of reusable clothes, shoes and household textiles. It is the oldest of three sister companies. Together they form a strong and solid recycling business with national reach, dedicated to developing business for recycling and reuse of used clothes.

 

Currently U’SAgain operates in Atlanta, Denver, Louisville, Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St. Paul, New York, Pennsylvania, San Diego, Seattle and St. Louis. In 2009 we are planning to start in 4 new locations in California, Texas, Florida and Tennessee.

 

Our current markets for our products are thrift stores in the US and Canada, export to wholesale businesses in Central and South America, Africa and to sorting centers in Europe and Asia.
