Responsibilities

• Design, execute and manage sustainability assessments, social analyses and assessments of social and socio-economic benefits and impacts including the formulation and implementation of social management plans;
• Design and implement social, economic and community development.​ Also implement and design programs of stakeholder engagement, consultations and participatory planning
• Design and conduct participatory social research using quantitative and qualitative methods;
• Prepare and deliver training programs
• Provide advice as to recommendations, regarding the social, economic and sustainability
• Design, execute and manage assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the field of social development
• Consulting experience, including international experience in Africa, South America and/​or Asia (asset)
• Knowledge and working experience with methodologies
• Demonstrated experience as project director/​manager
• Fluency in written and oral English and French required
• Availability to work on short-term and medium-term assignments overseas.​
