Alloy Media + Marketing is one of the country's largest providers of nontraditional media and promotional marketing programs connecting with targeted consumer segments. Working with AM+M, marketers reach consumers through a host of programs incorporating Alloy's diverse array of media and marketing assets and expertise in interactive, social network marketing, display media, direct mail, and promotional and educational programming. Alloy Media + Marketing services over 1500 companies including half of the Fortune 200. We are looking to find a Sales Associate for our Entertainment Sales group located in Los Angeles, CA.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Work as a member of the Entertainment Marketing and Sales team as directed
* Help maintain existing client relationships as well as new business development programs
* Serve as a point of contact regarding the post sale details of the client’s ad campaigns
* Engage in the overall sales process as early as the sales pitch preparation period
* Liaise between Client, Sales, Strategic Marketing Group, Strategic Business Units and Billing/Finance
* Prepare and process Request for Proposal Forms, Billing Control forms, Insertion Orders and Credit Evaluation Forms
Requirements:
* BA/BS Degree
* 1-2 years of media/marketing or sales support experience is a plus
* Excellent communication and time management skills combined with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (including PowerPoint)
* Other responsibilities as assigned
