Refinery Turnaround Planners

Immediate need for Maintenance Planners with Refining Experience.

Local Candidates preferred

7+ years in general project execution and/or planning experience.

Highly proficient with SAP, Windows, Microsoft Office Suite.

Effectively communicates with owner & contractor personnel
Highly analytical-capable of both performing analysis as well as analyzing work prepared by others

Oversee as the owners representative, Schedules and costs from multiple engineering and construction management companies.

Works interactively with project team members to accurately maintain & update Schedules.


Work Planning: Plans and achieves work in a logical, systematic, and cost effective ways
Leadership: Collaborates with others to accomplish goals.
Supports team decisions. Promotes mutual ownership of ideas and actions
Broad experience in maintenance and construction practices

Heavy mechanical and estimating experience in refining Units
Ability to operate in a client agent role
Ability to coordinate and organize contractors
Ability to understand cost forcasting and reporting (not generating, just understanding)
Ability to work with Procurement and Contracts.
Ability to communicate at all levels in the Client Refinery organization
Ability to look for new opportunities for KAP in the organization.

Excellent Hourly rate with time and a half after 40.
