In this position, you will prepare and maintain forecast, sales, and actuals reports for management and TAMS Executive meetings; As required, you might prepare, analyze, and maintain booking trends, field sales productivity, product trends, price erosion, and other areas; As much as possible, you will integrate Senior Management reporting requirements into routine reports; you will prepare and maintain other reports including quote activity and efficiency; group purchasing tracking; pricing comparisons; territory and account size; and other critical items.

You will assist Business Operations managers in performing financial analysis and tracking Special Pricing Requests (SPRs) to determine if pricing, discounts, and margins are in TAMS best interest; Perform financial analysis for TAMS dealer transactions and maintain dealer transfer prices; Support the Business Operations department in the administration and system implementation of Oracle (Administration may include customers, products, and pricing); Keep abreast of key Business Operation functions and advise management of recommended changes to process, procedures, and reporting; When required, you will manage and complete MI projects to drive process improvement.

You will maintain TAMS Business Operations automated reporting requirements including: maintaining logs; database design and updates; Business Objects/Crystal Reports reporting; and advanced Excel report creation; During times of high quote and OA volume, you might support the TAMS quote team in the administration and preparation of quotes, bids, and Order Analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a technical field.

2-4 years experience in business operations or finance. Experience working with a large field sales team in a complex sales environment is desirable.

Experience with system implementation of Oracle a plus.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Lotus Notes based sales automation software and Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports is strongly preferred.

Strong verbal, written communication, analytical, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
