We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled salesperson to become the Director, Heart Walk in our Seattle, WA office. Working as a member of the team, the Heart Walk Director ' an organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated person ' will: set and meet aggressive fund-raising goals, including sponsorship dollars, as well as plan, organize, develop, implement, direct, and evaluate the Heart Walk for specific revenue generation, educational and communications activities; assure that AHA Affiliate policies are carried out and that goals are achieved in a timely fashion; direct and oversee the training, development and maintenance of a community based volunteer committee; oversee data entry and maintenance of database. Must be team oriented and have outstanding customer service, public speaking and presentation skills.
