We are currently hiring for an Assistant Manager to assist in the management of a 344 unit Lease-Up Community in Woodinville.


Assistant Manager: Primary responsibilities are to assist the Resident Manager in general administration of the property, including, but not limited to, entering all daily activity into the computer, generate reports, post monies and make deposits, assist with move-ins, resident renewals, resident relations, and other projects as assigned by the Manager. Weekend hours usually not required. The ideal applicant will have prior bookkeeping skills with a focus on A/P and A/R. Collections experience a plus!

Qualifications:
*2+years of experience in Multi Family
*Lease Up Experience Required
*Strong Marketing Skills and Yardi Proficient
*Exceptional Communication, Customer Service skills and attention to detail
