COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ASSISTANT - CALL (425) 451-9776Description: Do you have experience in commercial property administration? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an individual with the ability to handle lease administration and maintenance of lease files, as well as general property management duties. Will also be scheduling in Outlook and handling travel arrangements, as well as providing general administrative support for the asset services team. Will be responsible for entering tenant requests into system and closing work orders. Position includes responsibility for coding and copying of invoices, mail collection and preparation of Fedex packages. Includes responsibility for ordering office supplies and maintenance of copier. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint). Experience with YARDI (or other property management account software) and SIMPLE a plus. Must have valid driver's license.
