Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Industry: Administrative/Clerical Job Type: Full Time, Employee     Job Description Position Description:Manage the daily operational functions and employees of the CBA, (Centralized Branch Administrative Center). Provide daily direction, work assignments and assistance to CBA employees. Provide administrative support to all employees of the multiple branches supported by the CBA, including: overseeing clerical and administrative duties in accounting, credit and collections and purchasing; as well as general office management and customer service problem resolution.Oversee administrative functions of the branches supported by the CBA•Anticipate and troubleshoot CBA, branch employee and customer issues or direct issues to appropriate personnel for timely response/resolution.•Develop strategies and implement action plans to support CBA and branch operational needs and requirements•Document and prepare CBA and supporting branch operational reports, correspondenceManage and coordinate the CBA branch’s A/P, A/R,Credit Card A/P, all vendor set ups on URI systems,Branch Purchasing, Vendor issue resolution, branch/vendor documentation and all other CBA and branch/ vendor needs.Perform Human Resources and Payroll processing functions for the branch•Provide job expectations to all CBA employees•Support CBA branches with all HR functions including ePARs, payroll, new hire process•Hire/Terminate CBA staff•Conduct annual and semi-annual performance appraisals of CBA staff•Provide disciplinary write ups and action plans for CBA staff as required•Supervise entries to payroll system, compile and perform analysis of HR and payroll reports, input CBA payroll dataMaintain equipment and office supplies inventory•Place purchase orders for office supplies and equipment and oversee physical count of inventory by Branch AssociatesMaintain paper files on branch personnel and branch accounts•Ensure updates to files are executed accurately and on a timely basis To Apply Visit United Rentals, Inc.Qualifications:•High School diploma•Four years of administrative experience, preferably in a retail environment with lead or supervisory experience•Must possess strong PC skills (including MS Word & Excel), A/P, A/R & excellent communication skills•Office environment; sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Occasional lifting of items up to 10lbs.; infrequent lifting of items up to 25 lbs•Other duties assigned as needed
