Pilates Studio Coordinator - Part Time Saturdays

MERRITHEW ENTERTAINMENT produces print and video-based exercise content for professional and consumer markets.
The Studio Coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of the STOTT PILATES® studio. This is a part-time position on Saturday working 8:45 am to 3:30 pm.
You will have a post secondary education with a business or public relations background. Exceptional written/verbal communication and organizational skills are essential. Customer service experience dealing with an upscale clientele is also essential. Experience in the fitness industry will be considered an advantage.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Meets and greets students & returning clients
Books client appointments
Books student assessments & appointm
Processes client & student sales including merchandise & session packages
Maintains positive client relations with existing clientele through face-to-face contact, phone calls and mail-outs
Oversees studio maintenance including studio cleaning, paper towel, soap and shampoo replenishment, towels, lights, plants and liaises with Northam to solve maintenance issues
Completes studio mail-outs including newsletters, info-packs & holiday cards
Informs staff, students & clients of studio policies
Maintains the client-file system
Completes studio sales tracking for studio manager & accounting department
Refills DVD carousel, make sure mats, fitness circles & other equipment sold in studio are availabl
Provides the highest level of customer service at all times
