Inside Sales Representative
Employment Plus is in search of motivated individuals in Bloomington, IN to join a strong team of professionals as Inside Sales Representatives in our call center division: Contact By Design to help grow our Healthcare and Transportation divisions. These individuals should be great with people, ready for an exciting challenge, and have the ability to problem-solve day to day business issues.
The core responsibility is to make phone calls to clients, identify & build relationships, have a strong knowledge of products, strong communication & interpersonal skills, etc. As an Inside Sales Representative, you create the client experience with this organization, and should take great pride in each client who tells others of the excellent experience with you. Successful candidates are a self-starter who can recognize where they can help with the organization’s sales and client experience. They have the experience and ability to handle challenging client situations with great care and will take the initiative to do so every time. Using strong communications skills effectively collaborate and persuade a variety of prospective clients and accomplish the task of being one of the top performing members of the sales team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Prospect, sell and develop new Healthcare account relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction and service standards are achieved.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities.
Educate on the benefits of implementing client’s services.
Train on the benefits of client products and services.
Provide feedback to business development on competitive data.
Maintain familiarity with the marketplace, competitors, and their products.
Have the ability to handle gatekeepers and objections.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma is required, some college is preferred.
Prior experience in Healthcare or Transportation is required.
Minimum of 2 + years of experience with outbound, B2B cold calling required.
Experience in the temporary staffing industry, human resources, recruiting, customer service or account management is required.
Oral and written communications are clear, concise, organized, and professional.
Excellent telephone skills and skilled at getting through to the decision maker.
Energy, enthusiasm, conviction, perseverance, and commitment.
Demonstrated capability in the use of Microsoft Office and VOIP phone systems.
Strong personal sales ability, including objection management and closing skills.
Professional demeanor & phone voice.
Must be able to ensure the client receives the highest quality of service.
