Our Technicians install, repair and troubleshoot the Nortel suite of products. What you'll do as a Technician: Install and upgrade voice and data communications systems Communicate effectively while handling multiple priorities Mentor and train peers, and act as a technical focal point for the team In addition to strong communication skills, our Technicians must have: Nortel certification with a minimum of 5 years experience in the installation, troubleshooting and repair of many Nortel products including CS1000, Contact Center and Call Pilot Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs Meet 275lb weight limit due to safety restrictions Valid state drivers license and non-negligent driving record Satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening Location:Â Brookfield, WI 53005
