Green Belt

Position Summary

Green Belt is a change agent who is responsible for assisting the ongoing development and growth of business processes by identifying, leading and participating in the continuous improvement opportunities. Position is accountable for accurate and timely metrics capturing and report out.

 Specific ResponsibilitiesAssists with ISO Registration and CertificationEnsures accurate and timely metrics reporting.Facilitate Quality training and support.Understands the business and business strategy.Partners with leadership in identifying and implementing continuous improvement.Monitors and analyzes data and trends to identify potential opportunities, needs, issues, and problems that could impact business results.Understands customer needs/issues in defining quality and establishing quality priorities.Understands how to break down work into process steps, develops schedules, and works well within time constraints.Serves as a catalyst for change - actively involved in process and organizational change and development.Applies analytical / quantitative approach to problem solving - knows how to obtain and use data, and comfortable with statistical concepts.Interacts and communicates with clients and employees  on a professional basis.

 Candidate SpecificationsBachelor Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering Green Belt Certification3-5 years of professional work experience including improving processes 1-2 years of prior experience with Lean and overall Six Sigma deployment knowledge Computer ProficientTeam playerProven leadership skillsOrganizational skillsStrong Interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated high performanceHigh energy/Self motivated High safety awareness
