Job responsibilities:

• Generating prospective customers through sales calls as well as office visits • Working with and developing relationships with our carriers • Working with shippers to develop new business as well as maintaining current relationships • Account management • Must be an independent decision maker • Must have the ability to resolve issues and provide solid problem solving skills • Actively monitor current market conditions and adapt customer sales strategies accordingly • Must have an outgoing personality to strengthen relationships with current and new customers  

The Chipper Group is looking for:

•        Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply!•        No experience necessary as we are willing to train the right person •        Professional phone skills •        Comfortable with MS Office Software  •        Ability to handle multiple tasks at once •        Strong organizational skills  •        Work independently and as part of a team  •        Motivation to make money and start a career with unlimited earning potential
