Regional Retail Account Manager / ESD1182
LOCATIONS:
Four openings in the following locations:
•Texas and Surrounding areas
•Pennsylvania and Surrounding areas
•Illinois and Surrounding areas
•Minnesota and surrounding areas
JOB SUMMARY:
As part of the Retail Services team, develops and maintains National retail accounts in assigned region including profitable sales generation and customer relationship development, to ensure achievement of fiscal and customer satisfaction goals in accordance with PSC policies, practices and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops assigned territory by selling PSC’s Retail Services to target accounts.
• Manages select regional accounts in the retail services sector.
• Represents all Environmental businesses at key accounts, but communicate all PSC services lines and coordinate business opportunity development division and group lines
• Generates new and develop existing business opportunities with key clients in assigned region
• Procures contracts, agreements, MSAs and T&Cs, and lead effort in negotiating contract terms and driving through to implementation.
• Develops and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs and bid proposals for key accounts in assigned region.
• Maintains detailed client records/database and account plans for key accounts in assigned region
• Submits periodic account status reports to management.
• Performs other duties as required.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
• B.A. or B.S. from accredited university, preferably in marketing, business administration, or communications.
JOB - RELATED EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years of sales in the environmental industry.
• Experience with successful program sales, retail businesses and project management
DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to cold call, develop, and close opportunities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently using creative thinking and initiative to solve challenges.
• Computer competency including but not limited to Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• General knowledge of RCRA, DOT and OHSA regulations and requirements.
• Excellent presentation capabilities both in the development of and delivery of to clients and industry groups.
• Ability to understand, summarize and negotiate contracts.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
