Job Duties/​Responsibilities:

· Responding to and processing incoming calls/​orders

· Opening new accounts

· Entering orders into the system

· Assisting customers with placing orders in person

· Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products

· Providing price quotations and follow-ups on quotes

· Build and maintain customer relationships

· Identify problems, correct, and resolve issues in a professional manner

· Respond to inquiries and provide product information

· Assisting customers in our showroom

· Other duties as required

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of customer service/​sales experience

· Minimum 1 year experience taking inbound calls and orders

· Proficient with a Windows computer environment

· Strong communication skills both written and oral

· Strong Customer Service skills

· Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

· Strong ability to multi-task

· Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

· Detail orientated and organized

· Effective time management skills

· Highly motivated and committed with a desire to succeed
