Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is committed to assisting industry and government achieve world-class competitiveness.  CTC has a full-time opening for a Business Operations Analyst at its Bremerton, Washington location.

 

BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST

The successful candidate will work as part of project teams that include peers and U.S. Navy program managers to provide consulting services in optimizing the effective, efficient and responsive delivery of Navy pay and personnel services and in collecting and analyzing core competencies and KSAs for a civilian workforce.  Duties include assisting the team to help the Navy identify best practices for each function and then analyze and standardize the processes and assisting in creating a detailed SOP manual supporting the standardized processes.  Duties also include assisting with aligning core competencies associated with the civilian communities by developing policy guidance and strategy to identify, gather and manage the civilian community KSAs.  This includes assisting with the development of a KSA collection tool, developing and delivering training, and compiling, analyzing and comparing data for consistency.  The candidate will work primarily in an office environment with some U.S. travel.  Telecommuting options may be available.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree with 4 yrs experience or an Associate Degree with 6 yrs experience in Business, Human Resources or related field.  The selected individual must have experience participating in process flow studies, analyzing requirements, collecting and analyzing source data, analyzing metrics data, and identifying trends.  Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts, analyses, ideas and form logical strategies.  Must be able to identify critical path, prepare reports, and recommend methods for improving processes, training, and collecting data via interviews and analyzing data.  The successful applicant must have strong analytical, writing and verbal communication skills.  Must be proficient in MS Office Products such as MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.  Visio preferred.  Must be able to prioritize various tasks and cope with changes in daily workload.
