Senior Payroll Analyst SummaryMaintain data elements for the company’s three compensation plans: Officer/Associate, Financial Analyst, and Administrative.Partner with managing directors, human resources, finance, and corporate recruiters to process international payments. related to the company’s bonus plans, stock compensation plan, and deferred compensation plan.Ensure all compensation plans are within the company’s Total Compensation philosophy.Review proposed salary increases and promotions for conformance to established guidelines.Perform activities to plan, develop, implement and administer the compensation database.Create and distribute all management compensation reports.Reconcile bonus accruals monthly.Responsible for any ad hoc management reporting and analysis. Process all monthly payroll general ledger entries and account analysis.Process labor adjustments with appropriate cost center allocations.Reconcile labor monthly.Coordinate the development and maintenance of the automated payroll/general ledger interface.Prepare quarterly Worker’s Compensation Report.Prepare materials and responses for internal/external auditors.
