President Seeks Recent Graduate to Train

To Whom It May Concern:

I am the President of Calee, Inc. I'm writing this letter today because we have to make some major hiring decisions in a very short amount of time.

We do sales and marketing for Fortune 500 clients. This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects. To be able to meet our client's demands, we need to open 5 offices within the next year. In order for this to happen, I need to have qualified individuals in place at our Seattle location to move into a managing role within a very short amount of time.

A handful of qualified individuals will start at entry-level and complete our consulting/management training program to learn our business from the ground up. Some of these areas include; business presentation, customer consulting, marketing research, campaign development & management, basic selling techniques, training & development, and team management.

Obviously, if you have a degree or some experience, it will definitely help you to move faster through our Management Training Program. However, I've been in business long enough to learn that nothing beats an ENERGETIC WORK ETHIC, EAGERNESS TO LEARN, and a HANDS-DOWN POSITIVE ATTITUDE. This is the perfect opportunity for a new graduate who has the ability to advance into a management position.

So I've addressed what I need; now, what do you need? I know your first two questions are compensation & opportunity. Pay based upon individual performance.  We have competitive pay based on what you can bring to the table and your opportunity to advance is structured around your ability to take on more responsibility.

If you are convinced you can bring an energetic, hard-working, professional attitude to the table, send your resume to hr@caleeinc.com (NO ATTACHMENTS PLEASE).

Good luck with your career search.
