KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key Account Manager
Lang-Mekra North America, LLC is a leading manufacturer and supplier to the Heavy Trucking Industry of vision systems. We are looking for the best of the best to come and join our team to assist in an aggressive market expansion of our products and services.
The Key Account Manager position will coordinate and manage the customer relationships for our major accounts.Responsibilities include providing service and technical support to existing customers, developing and acquiring new business and driving improvement opportunities for commercial, quality and technical issues.
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Engineering or Business and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry and customer base is required. Must be fluent in German.
The position requires 10+ years of automotive industry experience, with at least 5 years in an external sales role. Experience in a technical service and/or engineering support role is highly desired.
