Deloitte & Touche Investment Advisors, LLC ("DTIA") offers comprehensive, independent, objective investment consulting services to clients. As a DTIA Manager, you will work as part of a team to deliver objective investment advice to sponsors of qualified retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b) and defined benefit plans. We are currently looking for an experienced investment consultant to join DTIA. Candidates will possess business development, client service and relationship management skills necessary to serve investment committees charged with the fiduciary oversight of their organization's qualified plans. Candidates will also possess demonstrated relationship skills necessary to build strong, ongoing internal and client relationships and then build on these relationships to target and gain new clients. Description: DTIA Managers ("Managers") target and develop new business within DTIA's target market space of qualified retirement plan sponsors. Our Managers work as part of a team that assists plan sponsors in meeting their fiduciary responsibilities. Such services may include, investment policy statement development, manager search and selection, fee and revenue share benchmarking, ongoing investment monitoring. Our Managers will provide leadership in timely and quality delivery of services to assist the expectations of our clients. Managers are also responsible for the development and motivation of DTIA engagement staff and provide the staff with leadership, counseling and career guidance. In addition, DTIA Managers also review the work of other DTIA Managers as a quality control check and to train Managers on how to best serve and advise clients. - 5 or more years of investment consulting experience, preferably with substantial experience in providing ongoing investment monitoring, manager search and selection and investment policy statement development. - Provider search experience is a plus. - Business development experience, through targeted relationship building and client referrals. - Strong written and verbal communications skills. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field.
