Project Accountant/Full-Charge Bookkeeper

We are currently looking for a Project Accountant for our retail property management and real estate development company located in El Segundo, CA. This position is immediately available and we are looking to fill it ASAP Job Description: Full Cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reviewing and preparing Bank Reconciliations Managing cash on a regular basis Processing payroll Entering journal entries; reviewing general ledgers Assisting in CAM Reconciliations, Annual audit files for tax return prep Assisting with operating budgets & tax projections Confidential handling of owner family personal books Qualifications: Minimum 10 or more years of accounting/bookkeeping experience College degree a plus Strong accounting & bookkeeping skills as evidenced by work experience Detail-oriented; able to multi-task but stay organized Real Estate Accounting preferred, real property management a plus Microsoft Office, Yardi or other property management software a plus Location: El Segundo/LAX Compensation: $45K-$50K + benefits, depending on experience Principals only.
