Job Title: Part Time Facility Maintenance Tech
Job Summary: Perform general building repairs such as drywall, painting, electric, and plumbing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable of client's facility and layout.
Communicates directly with client to receive work requests and to verify satisfaction of completed work.
Reads and comprehends work orders and instructions.
Responds with necessary urgency to work requests.
Qualifications:
High School/GED.
6 months to 1 year experience in building maintenance.
Available to work 16 to 20 scheduled hours.
Basic English communication skill.
Basic reasoning ability.
Basic math skill.
