Team Assistant / Accounting / Payroll/ Human Resources

Location: Job location not provided We are searching for energetic individuals with strong communication skills and attention to detail to work as assistants in several areas. A Bachelors Degree is not required. Ideal candidates will be able to juggle tasks, take initiative in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with MS Office. High school diploma required and associate degree preferred. Relocation to the Madison/Verona, WI area is required and may be reimbursed. Accounting: Accounting Assistants perform a variety of basic accounting and administrative functions, such as billing of customer invoices and ensuring accurate reimbursement of employee expenses. Associate’s degree in Accounting or previous office experience is preferred, but not required. Payroll: Payroll Assistants help to administer payroll for over 3,000 employees. They are also responsible for conducting employment verifications and tracking items such as personal computer loans and paid time off.   Human Resources: Human Resources Assistants help our applicants have the best recruitment experience possible, from resume submission through an on-site visit. Some of their daily duties include: tracking resumes and tests, talking to proctors at test sites, creating agendas, and setting up phone and in-person interviews with applicants. Reception: The Reception team is the first point of contact for our visitors and callers. A friendly, upbeat attitude is needed to welcome customers, applicants and visitors to Epic, while handling multiple phone lines.
