Administrative Assistant

J. F. Ahern Co., a major mechanical and fire protection contractor, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Menomonie, WI office.

Responsibilities include inspection tracking, attending meetings, processing general correspondence, maintaining files, performing data entry, and assisting with various projects. The successful candidate must have exceptional organizational and communication skills and the ability to accurately handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take on new challenges is a must. One to two years of previous administrative experience is preferred.
