SafeWorks LLC, is seeking a Buyer for our corporate offices in Tukwila WA.

Summary:

As a Safeworks Buyer, you will procure materials, parts, and supplies at the lowest cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source, and lead times.  Performs a variety of broad and complex purchasing assignments requiring coordination of engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors’ degree (B.A., B.S.) in Operations, Business Administration, or Accounting.

Experience with MRP II systems.

Experience with PC workstations and associated business software.

Experience with both standard and custom production practices.

Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, with personnel ranging from the manufacturing staff to senior executives.

Effective problem solver with a “Can-Do” approach to any challenge.
