Location: San Gabriel Valley area Title: Sr. Accountant Salary: up to $60KWe are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional to serve as the Senior Accountant in our growing company. Essential Job Duties: Create and post journal entries. Create, analyze, and adjust gross profit analysis and profit and loss statements for distribution to management on a monthly basis. Preparation of bank reconciliations. Handle daily corporate deposits. Maintain prepaid and accrual account balance sheet analysis. Preparation of sales and use tax returns. Preparation of personal property taxes and business licenses for the branches. Maintenance of fixed assets, which includes acquisitions, transfers and disposals. Maintenance of inter-company activity and equity section of balance sheet. Review Profit and Loss statements’ gross profit analysis with General Managers. Consolidate budget data from branches and issue actual versus budget comparison by location. Prepare various quarterly and year-end audit schedules for external auditors to include 10Q’s and 10K. Assist in inventory reconciliation on a monthly basis. Initiate and support the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Industries’ quality improvement system. Assumes other duties as assigned.
