Site Project Manager

Thomas/Wright, Inc. (T/WI) is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to manage its Northern Virginia office and its Iraqi linguist subcontract.  A current TS/SCI clearance is required and at least five years of experience managing Department of Defense contracts is required.

  Direct and oversee the planning, execution, and performance of the Iraqi linguist subcontract.

  Serve as the primary representative for T/WI and interface with the Prime Contract firm.

  Assume responsibility for the day to day management of all operational activities of the Iraqi linguist subcontract to achieve T/WI’s goals for revenue, contract, and financial performance. 

  Manage T/WI’s task orders.

  Ensure that linguist time sheets are processed and invoices are prepared within the required time frame.

  Ensure that T/WI complies with its subcontract agreement.

  Effectively manage any linguist management issues that may arise.

  Manage T/WI’s Northern Virginia office staff.  This may include Human Resources, Security, Finance, and Logistics/IT.

  Coordinate with T/WI’s Portland, Oregon office as it relates to the Iraqi linguist subcontract.

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

  Current TS/SCI clearance Five (5) years of experience in managing Department of Defense Contracts Three (3) years of experience managing personnel Bachelor’s degree Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Good computer skills Must be in good physical condition U.S. citizen
