Customer Care Agent - Part Time

Job Description: Job Description: Description: The Customer Care Agent is responsible for assisting internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner. The Agent is responsible for providing information to aid customers with purchasing decisions for options such as upgrades and EZ Pay conversions, meeting the goals determined by the department manager. The agent is responsible for accurately inputting complete subscriber information into the Discus system. The agent will develop a complete understanding for the products distributed by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. This position operates under the general supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor.
