Scheduling Desk Position

DavidBartonGym OBJECTIVE:  To coordinate, administer and run all aspects of Scheduling Desk operations while delivering the highest level of customer service possible. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience in customer service with excellent people skills, above-average computer skills, professional demeanor and consistently positive attitude. Must be dependable, thorough, have excellent phone skills and be capable of thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment. Superior time management skills are a must.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

The Scheduling Desk Position is a full time position and reports to the Assistant General Manager (AGM).

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Customer ServiceHandle all member scheduling questions and requests in a timely mannerPull tickets for training sessions from database (CSI)Complete necessary paperwork to resolve any outstanding training issues related to session usageAs needed, correct session usage issues in CSI to ensure all member accounts are accurate and up-to-dateConsistently reschedule clients to ensure set level of appointment-to-show ratioBe creative in handling customer service issues and escalate issues appropriatelyMaintain professional environment at scheduling/front desk at all timesEnsure that scheduling system is updated regularly to reflect changes in member accounts including: member freezes; cancellations; account updates, etc.Ensure that closing report is completed on a daily basisAttend staff  meetings as needed



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Scheduling Desk may be asked to assume additional responsibilities at the request of the AGM, based on the needs of the gym.
