Description Merrill Corporation a leader in print, fulfillment and document services industry has an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator for our Monroe, WA location. ACCOUNT COORDINATOR Position Summary Provides customer service and professional administrative account support for assigned customers. Ensures outstanding service, satisfaction and support to Account Executives and/or Account Managers on the aligned Account team. Ensures all written and verbal communication is handled in a professional, responsive manner with all external and internal customers and in alignment with Merrill corporate standards. Communication Significant daily contact with Account team and internal work groups Occasional contact with external customers and vendors Duties and Responsibilities • Maintenance of all customer information screens - Cost centers - Credit card information - Address changes - On Hold Status - Over Credit Limit - Customer and Item set up • Manage Inventory and replenishment • Resolve inventory issues • Issue Purchase Orders and Releases • Issue Non-Inventory credits • Issue Return Authorizations • Track order shipments from vendors and provide timely status to Account Team members • Issues Releases used as Purchase Orders going to in-house printing - Imprint orders - Embroidery orders - Assembly orders • Set up and maintenance of all Account files • Support on billing and invoice reconciliation • Reporting as needed • Responsible for maintaining sample binders • Provides phone coverage for Account team as needed • Misc. projects/duties as assigned Level of Proficiency/Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Ensures exceptional customer service Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills Pro-Active planner and forward thinker Proven ability to multi-task in a time sensitive and deadline driven work environment Demonstrated organizational and time management skills Requirements Education/Experience B.A or B.S. degree with 1-3 years of customer service and administrative support experience.
