AR Collection Analyst

Join a very fast growing company in Rancho Cordova. We are looking for an AR/Collection/Reconciliation Specialist to join their credit department. This position pays up to $19/DOE. Qualify candidates will be responsible for the posting of cash, checks, wires and credit card payments to customer accounts. Initiate miscellaneous billings and the processing of credits. Maintain the company's accounts receivable and collection responsibilities for an assigned territory. Ensure that the mailing of invoices and statements are completed on timely bases. Essential Functions: *Apply and post the daily cash remittance from the lock box and mailed payments. Ensure that all payments are applied to the proper accounts and to the invoices based on the remittance the customer has provided*Apply existing unapplied or unallocated cash and credits to accounts as requested by customers and Managers. *Ensure invoices submitted agree to the statement logs and that all invoices are accounted for each month. Follow-up as necessary to ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounts receivable. Post cash as received from the customers.
