Project Coordinator, Product Delivery

Communicate and drive weekly application build plans & build deployments with SCM and Operations teams

· Daily management & prioritization of open testing environment issues and change requests with SCM and Operations teams

· Work with SCM and Operations teams on application environment upgrades and ‘build-outs’ to support upcoming product releases

· Daily management of release-to-application environment roadmap

· Periodically cover project management responsibilities for product releases as necessary

· Manage hardware/infrastructure/architecture projects as necessary

· Willing to work ‘off-hours’ and travel between corporate offices as necessary

Specific Experience or Background Required:

· BS in Technology or Engineering required

· 2+ years Technical/Operations experience required

· Experience working with System and Database Administrators is required

· Experience and/or strong understanding of SDLC/product lifecycle process a plus (requirements/development/testing/deployment)

· Experience with Microsoft Project and MS Office products is required

· Experience with Atlassian JIRA a plus

· PMP or other project management certification is a plus

· Experience with SaaS or on-line software companies is a plus

· Project management/coordination experience is a plus

· Process oriented individual with strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work self-directed but with a sense of urgency

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
