Accounting Professionals - CFO, Senior Controller, and Controller

Dallas based multi-industry company is relocating all shared services Accounting functions to the Birmingham area.  Positions to be filled will be CFO, Senior Controller, and multiple Controllers.  Salaries will be commensurate with the level of experience that the candidate has attained.

 

CFO will oversee the Accounting Department and be responsible to work with the managing partner of the parent company regarding mergers, acquisitions, private placement of equity and debt capital.  Will include organizing, analyzing, and closing transactions.  Four-plus years Investment Banking, with MBA preferable.  Salary $90,000 - $130,000

 

Senior Controller will be responsible for the preparation and review of the Company's financial statements and act as a liaison between management and financial institutions.  Will train, coach, develop and evaluate employees - assisting in their selection and instruction of accounting practices.  Salary $60,000 - $70,000.

 

Controllers will prepare financial statements and reports, monitor and analyze the reporting of monthly operating results compared to budget, prepare annual budgets and participate in strategic planning and forecasting, establish and administer accounting policies and operating procedures, prepare cash flow projections and cash management, manage banking relationships and coordinate annual audit, and provide payroll support.  BS degree in Accounting and 3 years of experience.  Salary $35,000 - $50,000.
