Position ProfileResponsible for accurate and timely meter collection and entry in Canon, Ricoh and Ikon on-line systems. Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers / Vendors by demonstrating prompt and thorough attention to issues and requests. Interacts with other members of the CCC, as required, in support of the customers and IKON. Job Duties and Responsibilities Gathers IKON obtained meters as stipulated by contractReports unbilled transaction information to Supervisor on a monthly basis.Updates meter contact information as necessaryPerforms a review of meter data against history for accuracyAccurately updates Oracle and Vendor On-line systems with IKON obtained meter data.Reviews vendor- provided meter status on Canon and Ricoh on line systems to ensure Vendors are appropriately supplying data for billing.Develop benchmark for expected % of meters captured by both IKON and Vendors.Reports % of meters captured per monthEnsures that the contract has billed prior to month end.Provides the Billing Oversight rep with corrections / updates to the contract as warranted.Answers incoming calls from internal / external customers or Vendors regarding questions and proactively resolves all outstanding issues.Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications) High school diploma or equivalent is required.Requires 2 years of business experience, including any combination of IKON and/or general business.
