BUSINESS MANAGMENT ACCOUNTANT
Business Management/CPA firm located in Westwood seeks full time accountant. Our firm specializes in ultra high net worth and entertainment clients.
Candidate will be responsible for:
. Making deposits, issuing checks, preparing reports and maintaining accounts
. Originating wires and cash calls.
. Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements.
. Making general ledger entries and preparing financial statements (B/S, I/S, C/F)
. Reconciling investment brokerage statements
. Payroll processing
. Submitting health insurance claims to insurance companies
Candidate must have business management expertise. Candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Quickbooks a must. Knowledge of Datafaction a plus.
