Responsibilities for both positions: * Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements of various clients * Research technical accounting issues within International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) * Manage client accounts including billing, fee analysis, and new service development * Assist with the career development of team members * Identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients * Work with other Managers to help ensure the proper deployment of the audit staff * Utilize KPMG Audit Methodology Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager: * Aid in the identification of business development * Help expand the client base by identifying, managing, and growing current client portfolios Qualifications for both positions: * Five years of current and/or recent financial statement audit experience within a public accounting firm * BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university * Licensed CPA or equivalent overseas CPA certification * Demonstrated supervisory experience and performance management skills * Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards * Able to meet challenging client requirements and provide exceptional service * Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills with a strong command of both the English and Mandarin language * Willing and able to travel Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager: * Seven years of current and/or recent financial statement audit experience within a public accounting firm * Advance working knowledge of technical literature and ability to apply Interested?
