Contract Administrator

Geosyntec Consultants, a fast growing international environmental engineering firm, is seeking a motivated Contract Administrator for our Huntington Beach office in California.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Project setup in accounting system; Invoice clients;Monitor project related costs; Interpret client contracts;Maintain project budgets; Administration of electronic timesheet data; Prepare special project query reports; File management; Work closely with Project Managers; and Perform other accounting related functions as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience coordinating and administering the invoicing process for a professional services firm, preferably in an engineering environmentKnowledge of job costing, contract file administration and comprehension of project revenue is also requiredKnowledge of MS Office is requiredKnowledge of BST accounting systems, preferredMust be able to work in a fast-paced, detail and deadline oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAn Associates degree is preferred, and/or the appropriate combination of experience supplemented by course work in accounting
