Customer Service Analyst
SECCION AMARILLA USA is seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Analyst.
SECCION AMARILLA is the largest Independent Hispanic Directory publisher. We have more than one hundred years of Directory publishing experience. We have directories in Mexico, Argentina, Peru and now the United States. Our mission is to build bridges between the local Hispanic Communities and the people and businesses wanting to reach them.
As a Seccion Amarilla Customer Service Analyst you will be responsible for:
To review, investigate and respond to all customers inquires regarding billing issues.
Effectively, research and resolve customer disputes in a timely manner.Handle all customer service issues in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Review customer service related issues requiring financial concessions with Collections Manager and or upper management to achieve amicable resolution response for the client.
Interaction with local offices, department heads and or upper management as needed in order to acquire necessary information to resolve the customer’s issue, without jeopardizing the retention of the same.
Ensure that all customer service issues are resolved as promptly as possible, while keeping the customer inform of the status of the issue that is being addressed.
Requirements
Associate degree; or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Hard working and dedicated to excellence
• Ability to write short correspondence and effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Able to interact within a team environment
