Growing high-tech company located in the Silicon Valley is seeking a hands-on GL Accounting Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be energetic, driven and innovative. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and establish processes and processes.Job DescriptionManage all the accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and payroll. Perform month-end close activities. Establish and improve processes and procedures. Assist with projects as assigned. Manage, train and develop staff.QualificationsBA / BS in accounting, finance or equivalent required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5 years management experience required. Strong GAAP knowledge required.
