Manager of SEC Reporting
Acabo Recruiting Services client seeks a Manager of SEC Reporting to be responsible for all facets of filings on a quarterly and annual basis.
Scope of the position includes planning, coordination, and maintenance of supporting documentation for all disclosures in the 10-Qs and annual 10-K. The position is also responsible for the continual maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley key controls over the reporting process. The position will also support treasury and investor relations functions to facilitate other SEC filings including forms 8-K and 11-K.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an active CPA license in some state
More than one year experience leading the SEC reporting functions for a publicly-traded entity
Three years public accounting experience at the national firm level
Minimum of five years combined accounting or audit experience
