Computer proficiency and strong keyboard skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to simultaneously interact with the patient while updating appropriate systems. 1 to 2 years of experience in collections/customer service. High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work Mondays – Thursdays 12:00pm - 9:00pm, Fridays 10am – 7pm and rotational Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm.
