Practice Manager for Immediate Care Centers
Job Description
Manage and Oversee multiple sites. Implement policy and programs related to all phases of human resources and practice management. Will be responsible for staffing and recruitment, legal compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and future development and marketing.
Duties
Keep all professional Licenses current for State, CDS DEA and Board Certifications up to date.
Actively participate in strategic planning and gudgeting activities.
Credential providers and facility with major insurace companies, as well as billing participating insurance companies.
Must be able to work independently without constant supervision and be able to meet realistic deadlines.
Provide efficient compensation and benefits pland administration.
