RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive accurate and timely daily, monthly, annual and other periodic financial statements and reports for both external and management reporting purposes Ensure integrity and adequacy of the Company's financial systems; own the financial application components of an anticipated ERP replacement strategy Build Best-In-Class scalable, global Accounting team, managing performance & succession Manage external audit Manage Company's banking, payment processor relationships Actively seek out and drive process improvement, automation, and cost efficient initiatives Support the Company's initial public filing and post-public SEC reporting Manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiative   REQUIREMENTS: BS degree in accounting or finance; Experience working with IT on systems integration issues Able and willing to roll up her/his sleeves and dig in - setting up proper accounting procedures, reporting and controls Strong leadership skills; ability to hire, train, and develop a world-class accounting team Strong internal control and policy implementation experience Experience with manufacturing, retail, internet, and/or technology companies Leading a company through an IPO is helpful but not required Salary/Pay Rate: $120,000-$150,000 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
