Job Responsibility:
The Project Control Analyst (PCA) will provide a broad range of project control skills on multiple projects to multiple Program Managers (PMs). Track, analyze and report progress of multiple contracts of varying type, size and complexity with limited supervision. Responsible for capturing costs incurred and commitments and comparing against plans. The PCA will receive inputs from PMs and translate functional requirements for manpower, material, subcontractor, and travel costs to develop Estimates to Complete (ETC), and Estimates at Completion (EACs). The PCA will work closely with members of the Finance, Program Management and Contracts & Pricing teams. May also administer subcontract efforts, prepare portions of program review presentations, and produce financial deliverables as required for both internal and external use. May also assist Pricing with development of ROM’s and preparing task order pricing units.
Primary Required Skill Requirements:
Experience in project control and/or financial tracking in support of government contracts; strong analytical ability and thorough understanding of EAC development. High level of proficient in all Microsoft Office applications; MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Access. Possess very strong verbal and written communications skills.
Secondary Desired Skill Requirements:
Experience in the generation of cost performance reports on government contracts; familiar with DELTEK, FAR & DFAR.
Education/Equivalent:
Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of experience in above functions.
