Our Corporate Headquarters in Golden, CO is currently seeking a full-time Treasury Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the Treasury function to ensure secure and efficient management of cash and compliance with bank credit agreements. This position reports to the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. Position Summary - Responsible for optimizing the corporate cash positions, managing global liquidity, overseeing hedging program, managing debt facilities, and contributing to long range strategic planning and assisting Vice President of Finance & Treasurer with other assigned duties. Essential Functions · Assist V.P. Finance & Treasurer in managing corporate cash while maximizing return. · Manage global liquidity and the tax efficient repatriation of cash. · Contribute in the development of the corporate long-range strategic and business plans. · Recommend hedging strategies and provide quantitative analysis in support. · Prepare the cash flow and balance sheet projections based on P & L forecasts. · Develop cash forecast to assist with management decision making. · Administer debt agreements and compliance. · Manage daily hedging activities. · Develop and implement policies and procedures to control cash and outflows, including opening and closing of bank accounts, updating signature rights for existing bank accounts, improving payment methods and other bank related tasks. · Drive cost-functional process improvements by championing new ideas and solutions. · Manage other treasury-related activities as directed by the V.P., Finance & Treasurer or CFO. · Operate independently on projects including those without well-defined precedents. Coordinate work with other groups (tax, AP/AR, accounting, operations, etc.). Education/Skills/Experience: · BS in Business Management/Accounting/Finance, MBA preferred. · 5+ years treasury experience. · Demonstrating skill performing complex financial and economic analyses to include: financial statement analysis; cost/benefit analysis; investment analysis; ratio calculations; discounted cash flows, etc. · Creating complex financial models or spreadsheets for use in financial analysis; and, researching and incorporating accounting and tax treatments. · Strong analytical and communication skills.
