PROGRAM/ MANAGER/PROJECT ENGINEER - Permanent (Milwaukee, WI)
Key Responsibility:
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams focused on sustaining the design and manufacture of leading-edge avionics products.
Provide Technical and Project Engineering Leadership for:
Communication with customers and internal program management
Driving to schedule with quality design and performance to budget
Design of product improvements, enhancements, and technology updates
Supplier and subcontractor performance
Obsolescence management
Corrective Action Teams
Qualifications:
BSEE or MSEE with more than 6 years of work experience related to electronics design and leading technical teams
Experience with high speed electronics design or complex analog design
Experience with conducting complex design simulation and verification of design requirements
Proficient in the use of scheduling tools (such as MS-Project)
Experience with designing for high reliability applications such as avionics or medical devices, working knowledge of DO-160, preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
